Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass any state-required training or qualifications for licensing.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their job performance to assure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend disciplinary or commendation actions for personnel under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
