Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee all security operations at a client site. The role includes staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance and quality of service.

The Site Supervisor will manage payroll, incident reports, post orders, and client communications, while guiding subordinates and implementing cost-saving measures where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed).
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Regularly inspect personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions or commendations.
