Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for a client site. The role focuses on maintaining contract compliance, evaluating performance, and coordinating with the client to meet security needs.

Required are a high school diploma or higher, supervisory security experience, and the ability to pass licensing. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and weekly pay for a full-time on-site position in Fort Worth, Texas.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, security surveys).
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties and performance.
• Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as necessary.
