Job summary

All Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations for a client site. The role encompasses staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance and service quality.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory security experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with a diverse team while maintaining cost controls and high standards of safety.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company or client vehicle.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with the public.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security staffing, scheduling, and training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimal levels or per AUS guidance.
• Inspect security personnel performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and address disciplinary decisions.
• Respond to client requests and emergency notifications.
• Contribute to post orders and security surveys; suggest improvements.
