Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations for a client site in Irving, Texas. You will oversee staffing, training, and daily security activities to ensure contract compliance and high-quality service.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, pass required licensing, and preferably at least one year of supervisory security experience or an associate's degree. We offer weekly pay, Health insurance, a 401(k), and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any state-required training or licensing for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry or an associate's degree.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed) and able to operate radio/telephone equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as required.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site Post Orders.
