Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring for a Site Supervisor to lead the on-site security team at a client location. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and compliance with contract requirements to deliver high-quality security services.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage overtime and payroll-related tasks while maintaining service standards and client relations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard; or service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; or minimum of one year supervisory experience in security; or an Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, post orders).
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision; respond to client requests; provide direction to subordinates; disciplinary actions and cost reduction recommendations.
