Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations, personnel, and training at a client site. The role emphasizes staff scheduling, contract compliance, and performance oversight.

Preferred candidates have supervisory security experience and a high school diploma or higher; an associate degree is a plus. The position offers health benefits and 401(k), with weekly pay in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Must possess one or more of the following: military service, auxiliary police, or police cadets; and at least 1 year of verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline; high school diploma or equivalent also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for personnel.
• Maintain compliance and inspect performance of security staff.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post orders as needed.
• Coordinate with client and provide direction to subordinates.
