Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site. Pay rate is $18.50 per hour with weekly pay and a valid driver’s license required.

The Site Supervisor will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance with contract requirements, while maintaining cost efficiency and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state licensing tests if required.
• Minimum of supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Associate degree or higher preferred in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime at minimal levels as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to assure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, incident report reviews, and assist with security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make disciplinary or commendation decisions.
