Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage uniformed security services at a client site. The role covers operations, administration, profitability, and quality assurance under site post orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state-required training/licensing.
• Must pass licensing test for driving company/client vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• 18+ years old (21+ if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/telephone equipment and consoles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated level.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as needed.
• Guide subordinates in duty performance and discipline decisions.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction opportunities.
