Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, and quality assurance of uniformed security services for a client site. This role includes staffing, scheduling, on-site training, and ensuring contract compliance.

The position requires 1+ years of supervisory security experience or 2+ years in security leadership, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass required training/licensing. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pass state-required training or licensing qualifications.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• One of: military service, Auxiliary Police, or supervisory security experience; or an associate degree.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed) and able to operate radio/monitors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and training of personnel.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are completed for security staff.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel performance and contract compliance on shift.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
