Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations at a client site. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and contract compliance to ensure high-quality service.

Prior supervisory experience in security is a plus; duties include staff direction, incident review, and coordination with client requests. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company- or client-owned vehicle.
• One year supervisory experience in security OR an associate's degree.
• Must be at least 18 (21 if armed) and able to operate radio/monitoring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel meet contract requirements.
• Minimize overtime to designated levels by AUS.
