Securitas USA is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to oversee guarding operations at multiple sites in Maryland Heights, MO. The role supervises officers, conducts inspections, coaches staff and ensures post orders are followed.

It also handles administrative duties for the Branch and responds to incidents as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with experience supervising security personnel and coordinating with clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Above-average computer/technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers and ensures high-quality service.
• Meets with management and client representatives for updates and issues.
• Coordinates orientation, training and retention of staff.
• Assigns work, coaches employees, and handles disciplinary actions.
• Maintains professional environment and ensures legal/compliance adherence.
• Inspects client sites, covers vacant posts, and processes reports including payroll/billing.
