Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to oversee guarding operations across multiple sites in Maryland Heights, MO. The role involves supervising officers, inspecting posts, coaching staff, and ensuring post orders are followed.

The position requires strong leadership, customer service, and reporting skills. Wage is $22.00 per hour. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) options, vacation and sick days, paid holidays, and paid family leave.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Prior supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related field experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to conduct extensive foot patrols.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers and/or other personnel, ensuring high quality service and timely corrective action.
• Meets with Branch management and client representatives for status updates and to address problems; supports client start-ups.
• Coordinates orientation, training and retention of staff; ensures respectful treatment of personnel.
• Assigns and directs work; coaches employees and handles disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains a positive, professional environment in compliance with laws and policies.
• Communicates scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters with Branch management.
• Inspects client sites to ensure coverage and compliance with post orders; covers vacant posts as needed.
• Reviews reports and assists with payroll and billing information.
• Conducts foot and mobile patrols as needed.
