Securitas US Business Unit in Maryland Heights, MO is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead guarding operations across multiple sites. The role reports to branch management and ensures post orders are followed, inspections are completed, and incidents are handled promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Above-average computer/technology skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug test/background).
• Prior supervisory experience in security or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers and/or other personnel; ensures high quality service and initiates corrective actions.
• Meets with Branch management/client representatives for status updates and issues; supports client start-ups and security planning.
• Coordinates orientation, training, development and retention of staff; ensures respectful treatment of staff.
• Assigns and directs work; coaches employees and carries out disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains a positive, professional environment in compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
• Communicates scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping to ensure smooth delivery of services; meets with Branch management and Field Supervisors.
