Securitas US Business Unit in Maryland Heights, MO, is seeking a Site Supervisor (Full Time) to manage client security operations, supervise Security Officers, and ensure post orders and rounds are followed.

You will coach staff, coordinate with client representatives, conduct patrols, and respond to emergencies with sound judgment. A strong customer service mindset and leadership skills are essential; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment.
• Prior supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related field experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and leads at client sites; ensure post orders and rounds are followed.
• Prepare and file reports; notify authorities and client in emergencies.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct regular coaching discussions.
• Train Officers; review assignments with subordinates.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions with management.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
