Securitas, Inc. is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage security personnel at client sites in Maryland Heights, MO. The role focuses on enforcing post orders, performing rounds, and filing reports to maintain a safe environment for clients.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies. A valid driver's license and readiness for on-call scheduling are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have flexible, on-call availability.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Prior security/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client sites ensuring post orders are followed.
• Ensure rounds are completed and reports filed; notify authorities in emergencies.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees to document actions.
• Train officers and review post orders and assignment details.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks with subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide customer service.
• Conduct extensive foot patrols.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as directed.
