Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers across client sites. You will ensure adherence to post orders, complete rounds, and file reports while coordinating with management to maintain coverage and service quality.

You will coach staff, conduct training, and manage disciplinary actions as needed. Strong customer service and client interaction skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of related security experience or equivalent.
• Experience in retail settings preferred.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others at client sites and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline staff; document actions and seek guidance when needed.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignment details with team.
• Collaborate with management to ensure adequate coverage and timely reporting.
• Provide quality customer service and liaise with client representatives as required.
