Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a proactive supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, while maintaining high standards of customer service.

You will coach, train, and discipline staff, assist with payroll reporting, and coordinate coverage across multiple posts to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel on posts at client sites.
• Coach and discipline staff; document actions and actions taken.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details.
• Assist payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and timely reporting.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements and service quality.
• May supervise interviewing, orientation, training, and performance appraisals.
