The role includes coaching, training, and performance management, with duties extending to payroll assistance and scheduling coverage as needed. Retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience, or an equivalent combination. Minimum 2 years in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and lead staff at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct meetings and document actions.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignments with team.
