Job summary

Fortrex in Stillmore, GA is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Sanitation to oversee daily sanitation operations and supervise the crew to meet cleanliness and safety standards. You will partner with the Site Manager, coordinate with corporate, and lead safety audits, training, and performance management while maintaining strong customer relationships.

This on-site role requires 6 months to 1 year of sanitation experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and a commitment to safety and process

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of related sanitation experience.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract.
• General working knowledge of computers and technology.
• Fluently speak, read, and write Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sanitation crew daily and assist Site Manager.
• Report safety incidents, downtime, and plant issues.
• Coordinate with Corporate on logs, payroll, and orders.
• Complete weekly internal safety audits on staff and equipment.
• Set and track goals for safe, clean, on-time sanitation operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage direct reporting staff.
