Job summary

Fortrex is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for our sanitation team. You will assist the Site Manager in daily supervision of the sanitation crew, ensuring clean, safe operations and compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, reporting issues to the Site Manager, and coordinating with Corporate on logs, payroll, and supplies. Strong communication and safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months to 1 year of related sanitation experience.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract.
• General working knowledge of computers and technology.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sanitation crew under the Site Manager.
• Monitor operations, report issues, and assist with improvement plans.
• Conduct internal safety audits and ensure safe work environment.
• Coordinate with Site Manager and Corporate for logs, payroll, and supplies.
• Lead trainings and support ERP-related initiatives.
