The position requires 6+ months sanitation experience and strong leadership, with proficiency in basic computer tools and PPE for environmental conditions. This is an on-site, full-time role with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 or more months of sanitation experience.
• Leadership and decision-making skills are required.
• General working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sanitors and lead persons daily at our customers’ facilities.
• Direct the work of the sanitation staff; assist during peak times as needed.
• Apportion work assignments among the sanitation lead persons and sanitors.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and promote company policies.
• Evaluate staff for promotions or status changes.
• Assist Site Manager with training programs and ERP.
• Report and investigate accidents.
• Other duties as assigned.
