Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Site Reliability Operations Technical Lead for the Hillsboro site to own day-to-day reliability, incidents, and support coverage. You will act as Tier 3 escalation for identity, messaging, compute, and endpoints, driving root cause fixes and collaboration with global teams.

You will lead site SRO engineers, build diagnostics, and mentor staff while coordinating with exec leadership on risk and changes. Applicants should be prepared for on-site work and after-hours maintenance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise support engineering, including 5+ years in a senior/lead role across multi-site environments.
• Hands-on expertise with AD/Entra ID, Exchange hybrid, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and datacenter hardware.
• Endpoint management exposure (Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, Jamf) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VLAN) and security fundamentals; scripting automation for real-world problems.
• Proven leadership without formal authority and strong executive communication during incidents.
• Willingness to work on-site, participate in on-call rotations, and support after-hours maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site operations, incidents, requests, and service quality with SLA focus.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for identity, messaging, compute, and endpoint issues, driving permanent fixes.
• Lead endpoint compliance, patching, hardening, and audit readiness; work with InfoSec on incident response.
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors, providing reproducible cases and diagnostic evidence.
• Mentor SRO engineers, maintain runbooks, and set site technical standards.
• Be the primary site IT contact with leadership, Facilities, Security, HR, and Procurement.
