Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise support engineering, infrastructure, or end user services with senior or escalation-tier experience.
• Deep hands-on across AD, hybrid Entra ID, Exchange, Windows and Linux servers, storage, and datacenter hardware.
• Enterprise endpoint management: Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, Jamf, or equivalent.
• Networking fundamentals, DNS/DHCP/WLAN, firewall policy, and switch-level troubleshooting.
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash; familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Strong executive communication during incidents and bias for root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site operations, incidents, requests, and service quality with SLA focus.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation owner for identity, messaging, compute, and endpoint issues.
• Lead endpoint security, patching, hardening, and audit readiness with InfoSec.
• Drive issues to global teams with reproducible diagnostics and fixes.
• Provide technical leadership to site SRO engineers and mentor runbook creation.
• Coordinate with site IT, Facilities, Security, HR, and Procurement on changes.
• Develop automation in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for diagnostics and health checks.
• Represent site and AMER priorities in regional/global IT initiatives.
