Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks an experienced Site Reliability Operations Technical Lead for its Seattle, WA site. You will own day-to-day operations, act as Tier 3 escalation owner, and drive root-cause fixes across AD, Exchange, and data-center infrastructure.

You will mentor the site team and partner with global initiatives to raise reliability and efficiency. You will build automation in scripting languages, support after-hours maintenance, and coordinate with executives to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise support engineering, infrastructure, or end user services.
• 5+ years in a senior, lead, or escalation-tier role in a multi-site environment.
• Deep hands-on with AD and hybrid Entra ID, Exchange hybrid, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and datacenter hardware.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint management and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Scripting and automation in Python, PowerShell, or Bash; familiarity with ITSM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site operations — incidents, requests, critical issues, and support coverage with SLA accountability.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation owner for identity, messaging, compute, storage, and endpoints; drive root cause fixes.
• Lead endpoint compliance, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and audit readiness.
• Drive issues to global platform teams and vendors with reproduction cases and evidence.
• Mentor site SRO engineers and maintain site knowledge base and runbooks.
• Lead site IT incidents with leadership briefings and cross-functional coordination.
• Build automation in PowerShell, Python or Bash for diagnostics and health checks.
