Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Site Reliability Operations Technical Lead for our Seattle, WA site. You will own and optimize day-to-day site operations, act as Tier 3 escalation for AD, Exchange Hybrid, and compute infrastructure, and drive permanent fixes with global teams.

You will mentor the local SRO engineers, partner with IT leadership and Facilities, and advance automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash. The role requires hands-on work on-site with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise IT or related area with 5+ years in senior/lead/escalation role.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site operations — incidents and requests with SLA accountability.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation owner for AD/Entra ID, Exchange Hybrid, Windows/Linux, and datacenter hardware.
• Own endpoint compliance, patching, and hardening; ensure audit readiness and privileged access.
• Drive critical issues into global platform teams with diagnostic evidence.
• Mentor site SRO engineers and maintain knowledge base and runbooks.
• Coordinate with IT leadership, Facilities, Security, HR on incidents and changes.
• Build automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash for diagnostics and reporting.
• Represent site priorities in regional/global IT initiatives and architecture forums.
