Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Site Reliability Operations Technical Lead to own reliability and support at our Seattle, WA site. This senior IC leads incident response, collaborates with global platform teams, and mentors site engineers.

Expect hands-on work with AD, Exchange, Windows/Linux, storage, virtualization, and endpoint management while guiding major incidents to resolution. You will drive root cause analysis, build automation, and coordinate with IT leadership on site risk and governance,

Qualifications

12+ years in enterprise support engineering, infrastructure, or end user services.
5+ years in a senior, lead, or escalation-tier role in a multi-site environment.
Deep hands-on experience with AD, hybrid Entra ID, Exchange, Windows, Linux, virtualization, storage, and datacenter hardware.
Experience with enterprise endpoint management and security tooling.
Strong scripting/automation skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Proven technical leadership and executive communication during incidents.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day site operations and SLA attainment with incident management focus.
Act as Tier 3 escalation owner for identity, messaging, compute, and endpoint domains.
Drive root cause analysis and fixes; lead site SRO engineers and mentor the team.
Collaborate with global teams and vendors; provide diagnostic evidence for fixes.
Develop automation for diagnostics, health checks, and reporting.
Partner with InfoSec on incident response and privileged access.
