Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Site Reliability Operations Technical Lead for our Durham, NC site. This senior role owns technical service delivery locally, leads major incidents, and drives site-level reliability improvements across AD, Exchange, compute, and storage.

You'll mentor site SRO engineers, coordinate with global teams, and develop automation to improve diagnostics and health checks. On-site work and after-hours support are required, with equity and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise support engineering, incl. 5+ years in senior/lead roles
• Deep hands-on across AD/EntraID, Exchange hybrid, Windows/Linux servers
• Experience with enterprise endpoint management and MECM/SCCM/Jamf
• Database operations support, networking basics, security remediation
• Scripting/automation in Python/PowerShell/Bash; ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Strong executive communication and incident leadership
• On-site work and after-hours maintenance willingness
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site operations and incident management with SLA accountability
• Serve as Tier3 escalation owner for identity, messaging, compute, and endpoint
• Drive vulnerability remediation, patch management, and audit readiness
• Lead site SRO engineers and maintain runbooks and knowledge base
• Coordinate with global platform teams and vendors for permanent fixes
• Build diagnostics and automation in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Represent site IT in regional/global initiatives and architecture forums
