Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage our Law Firm Client’s office services team in Los Angeles. You will provide administrative support across document processing, mailroom, hospitality, facilities and reception, ensuring client needs are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience in a law firm or office services setting is highly preferred.
• Highly detail orientated with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead others in a professional manner and work independently.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; able to lift 40 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison between the employees and the client.
• Supervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and excellent client service is provided.
• Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operations.
• Seeks opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to Site Manager and client contacts.
• Explains products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client.
• Assists with interview process for available positions at the site.
• Helps train, supervise, evaluate, and develop all personnel assigned to the site.
• Schedules personnel to ensure coverage without overtime in the absence of the Site Manager.
• Assists Site Manager with tracking productivity and monthly reporting.
• Ensures that completed client work is billed and tracked in a timely manner.
• Additional duties as required.
