Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• CPR and First Aid training completed or provided.
• Bi-lingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce site safety policies and procedures.
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence work on assigned projects.
• Procure materials and supervise subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare detailed daily reports and manage schedule/scope changes.
• Mentor junior staff and interface with clients, inspectors and design teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
