Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking a Site Safety Manager to promote site safety and oversee day-to-day safety operations on assigned projects. You will plan, coordinate, and enforce safety regulations while serving as the main contact for owners, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), advanced safety certifications, and extensive construction safety experience. This on-site position offers growth opportunities and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• CHST or ASP/CSP certification from BCSP.
• OSHA 500 Certified Trainer.
• OSHA 30-hour construction safety training.
• HAZWOPER 40-hour training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and participates in safety audits of operations to reduce risk and ensure compliance with Webcor safety directives and regulations.
• Implements and manages Webcor’s Injury/Illness Prevention Program and coordinates employee participation.
• Trains, motivates, counsels and monitors performance of Site Safety Managers and staff.
• Reports safety findings to management and recommends changes to ensure safe work conditions.
• Coordinates and/or delivers on-site safety training to project staff.
