Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Denver seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily operations of a small- to mid-sized site and lead a small team, including management of Copy, Courier, Managed Print, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail Services.

You will assess talent, support staff development, and apply performance management with leadership guidance to maintain an engaging, customer-focused workplace. Strong emphasis on SLA achievement, process improvement, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related field experience (B2B/technical).
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer-facing experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a small- to medium-sized site with a small team.
• Prioritize multiple priorities and manage workflow.
• Communicate team vision and priorities to foster engagement and retention.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Ricoh products and services; suggest alternatives as needed.
• Achieve production labor targets and monitor quality control metrics.
• Improve operational quality using Ricoh Service Excellence tools and methods.
• Ensure SLAs are met and collaborate with customers to improve processes.
• Maintain customer-focused environment through feedback and surveys.
• Support business retention through exceptional service standards.
• Ensure auditing, deadlines, and best practices compliance.
• Staff appropriately by aligning skills with production demands.
• Motivate and recognize staff via Ricoh programs.
• Set clear expectations and provide training and coaching.
• Identify development opportunities via IDP management.
• Evaluate team performance and foster career growth.
• Maintain daily contact with customers and stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements with support from leadership.
• Identify service gaps and opportunities while managing costs and contracts.
• Facilitate issue resolution on pricing, orders, and invoicing with Sales.
