Job summary

You will oversee contracted services, including copy, courier, managed print, hospitality, imaging and mail, and drive performance through staff development and performance management. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in related field (B2B/technical) required.
• 2 years of managerial experience strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer-facing work required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of technology and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a small-to-medium site.
