Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager - Site Services to lead planning, coordination, and execution of site support operations on hyperscale data center projects. You’ll oversee temporary facilities, logistics, security, utility coordination, and campus services to keep projects on schedule.

You will work closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers, and safety teams to ensure adherence to schedules, workforce requirements, and safety objectives, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience supporting large construction, industrial, mission-critical, infrastructure, manufacturing, or campus operations environments.
• Strong leadership with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction operations and support infrastructure.
• Excellent budgeting, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site services and construction support operations.
• Manage temporary facilities, logistics, security coordination, utility support, transportation, and site infrastructure.
• Develop operational strategies to support safe and efficient construction execution.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Establish operational priorities, staffing, budgets, and performance expectations.
• Promote safety, accountability, and service excellence.
