Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects from preconstruction to closeout.

You will manage safety, schedule, budget, procurement, contracts, and cross-functional coordination across customers, subcontractors, and engineering teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of project management or construction experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from startup through commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, procurement activities, and financial performance.
• Coordinate activities among customers, subcontractors, suppliers, engineering teams, field leadership, and project stakeholders.
• Support preconstruction planning, estimating reviews, procurement strategies, and execution planning.
• Identify risks and develop practical solutions while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Lead customer-facing meetings and project performance discussions.
