Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support large-scale hyperscale data center projects, coordinating planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and field execution.

You will work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver complex infrastructure on time and within budget. The role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and proactive problem-solving, with opportunities to advance into senior project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, contract administration, and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with the successful execution of mission-critical and hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• Review project proposals, contracts, scopes of work, schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, and execution plans to understand requirements.
• Coordinate project activities with field leadership to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery.
• Support scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, procurement, and resource planning activities.
• Assist with contract administration, customer communication, project documentation, and change management processes.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project activities.
