Job summary

Michels Corporation seeks a Site Logistics Superintendent to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and coordination of temporary facilities and campus infrastructure supporting hyperscale data center construction projects.

You will collaborate with project management, site services, safety, security, IT, and subcontractors to ensure facilities and resources meet safety and productivity needs, with a high travel demand.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction operations, facilities management, site logistics, campus operations, or related functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project coordination software.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Manage temporary facilities and site logistics operations.
• Coordinate site services, vendors, and temporary infrastructure needs.
• Oversee project mobilization, ongoing operations, and demobilization.
• Ensure site logistics activities align with project schedules and workforce needs.
