Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager - Site Services to lead operational infrastructure across major hyperscale data center projects.

You will oversee temporary facilities, logistics, security, utility coordination, and campus services to keep projects on schedule. Collaborate with construction leadership, manage budgets and staffing, drive safety, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to deliver reliable site support across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, operations management, facilities management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in large construction or mission-critical environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site services and construction support operations.
• Coordinate site logistics, temporary facilities, and security.
• Oversee utility coordination and campus support services.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and vendor performance.
• Support mobilization and demobilization planning.
• Ensure access routes and infrastructure align with construction phases.
