Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Construction Manager to lead field execution on hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will direct field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across diverse sites.

You will bridge project management and site operations, guiding labor planning, equipment usage, material availability, and subcontractor performance while driving profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5–7 years of relevant construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Fully qualified construction professional with field leadership experience.
• Experience managing large-scale construction operations in mission-critical environments.
• Experience supervising Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Strong scheduling, workforce planning, and material coordination skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, P6, InEight, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities across hyperscale data center projects.
• Supervise and coordinate Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and crews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources.
• Monitor project progress and profitability.
• Support project teams with planning, estimating feedback, and turnover packages.
