Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to support large-scale hyperscale data center projects. You will assist in planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration while coordinating with field teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will work closely with Project Managers and senior staff, advancing toward leadership roles with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement knowledge.
• Experience supporting project management activities including field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with the successful execution of mission-critical and hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, budgets, forecasts, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate with field leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Support contract administration, customer communication, and change management processes.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
• Participate in weekly coordination meetings and project reviews.
