Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager - Site Services to lead the operational infrastructure that supports large hyperscale data center projects. You will oversee site services, logistics, security coordination, and temporary facilities, coordinating with project leadership to align with schedules and safety objectives.

The role requires 8+ years in construction/ops, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience in construction/operations support for large projects.
• Demonstrated leadership, budgeting, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site services and construction support operations.
• Manage temporary facilities, logistics, security, utility coordination, transportation and campus infrastructure.
• Develop operational strategies to ensure safe and efficient construction execution.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and service providers for site operations.
• Establish priorities, staffing, budgets, and performance expectations.
• Promote safety, accountability and service excellence.
