Job Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on Site Operations Manager for an onsite temp‑to‑hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for an experienced office services, document production, mailroom, hospitality, or administrative operations leader who enjoys managing people, improving workflows, and delivering excellent client service in a professional office environment.

The Site Operations Manager will oversee daily site services, including document production, mail services, managed print services, hospitality support, imaging, and courier coordination. This position offers the opportunity to lead a small onsite team, build strong client relationships, and make a visible impact on service quality and operational performance. Candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with supportive leadership and clear service expectations will be well positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations for a small to medium‑sized onsite service center, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and support a small team of direct reports while promoting a positive, customer‑focused work environment.
  • Oversee mail services, document production, scanning, imaging, managed print services, hospitality support, and courier operations.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $24 to $28 per hour.
  • Job Type: 4+ month temp‑to‑hire opportunity.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
  • Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA 98104.
  • Driving Required: No.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Manage onsite office services, document production, mail services, hospitality support, managed print, and courier operations.
  • Lead and develop a small onsite team while maintaining strong service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor operational performance, reporting, invoicing support, workflow efficiency, and service‑level agreement compliance.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and operational demands in a fast‑paced professional environment.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and comfort using computers, printers, copiers, scanners, and related office equipment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift items up to 50 pounds as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager, Office Services Manager, Document Production Manager, Print Services Manager, Mailroom Manager, Operations Supervisor, Hospitality Manager, Facilities Coordinator, Business Services Manager, or Client Services Manager.
  • Experience managing service‑level agreements, operational metrics, customer presentations, and business review meetings.
  • Background supporting document printing, copying, scanning, imaging, mail fulfillment, hospitality services, or managed print operations.
  • Strong track record of improving workflows, developing employees, and maintaining high‑quality service in a client‑facing environment.
