Gopuff is seeking a Site Manager to join the Field Operations team in Durham. You will lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates overseeing the facility’s operations as well as a team of independent Driver Partners.

The role emphasizes driving a flawless customer experience and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment. This position requires drive, grit, and enthusiasm for challenge, with responsibilities spanning safety, compliance, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading a blended workforce (W2 and 1099)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead in changing environments

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order.
• Train and coach associates to work safely while following standard work and processes.
• Accountable for financial performance by ensuring budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations for the warehouse by analyzing reports.
• Implement and monitor safety, HR compliance, asset protection, and quality assurance reviews.
• Develop action plans to improve performance and guide the management team in executing programs.
