DoorDash is seeking a Site Leader for our DashMart distribution center in the United States. You will lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, hire and coach staff, and build a safety-first culture while delivering fast, accurate orders.

You will manage scheduling, inventory processes, and cross-functional collaboration to meet performance targets. You’ll analyze data, allocate resources, and implement improvements to support growth and provide a quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, or related field.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ employees with coaching and development outcomes.
