Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a leader to manage a 5–15k sq ft distribution center, direct the local warehouse team, and ensure high-quality customer experiences.

You will recruit, coach, and retain Shift Leads and Operations Associates, own daily operations, manage labor budgets, and drive process improvements using data. The role requires a strong ownership mindset and flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership in high-volume operations with a track record of developing people.
• Managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
• Ownership mindset; available for 24/7 operations across shifts.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles and embrace ambiguity.
• Data-driven; proficient with Excel/Sheets for analysis and pivots.
• College degree or relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
• Own day-to-day warehouse operations and labor budget management.
• Maintain quality metrics like order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
• Use data to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
