DoorDash is seeking a Site Leader for a Milwaukee-area DashMart distribution center. You will lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, hire, coach and develop staff, and promote a safety-first culture to ensure reliable service.

You’ll drive scheduling, inventory practices, and cross-functional collaboration, while using data to make strategic decisions for efficient operations and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Fulfillment, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience managing a team.
• Flexibility to support late-night and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads.
• Hire, coach and develop staff while fostering safety-first culture.
• Drive scheduling efficiency, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination.
