Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking a Site Leader to oversee daily operations of a small site, acting as the go-to person for a team and escalating facility issues to leadership. You will manage mail room, copy/print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services, while ensuring contract compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will train staff, monitor SLAs, and report performance, maintaining profitability and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Previous training experience preferred.
• Previous 2+ years customer-facing work experience.
• Demonstrated proficient knowledge and understanding of technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility.
• Supervise a small team, assign tasks, schedule projects, and escalate issues.
• Be on-site point of contact for customer issues and contract compliance.
• Train and develop site personnel.
• Manage service excellence programs and SLAs, report on performance.
