Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
• 2 years of managerial experience strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer-facing experience required.
• Demonstrated high level of knowledge and understanding of technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and supervise a small team.
• Prioritize competing priorities and foster a positive work culture to maximize retention.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Ricoh products and offerings and suggest solutions as appropriate.
• Control production labor and quality targets to meet company objectives.
• Improve quality of operations via Ricoh Service Excellence tools and methodologies.
• Ensure SLAs are met and assist customers in improving processes with leadership support.
• Maintain a customer-focused environment using end-user feedback and satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure staffing aligns with production demands and equipment capabilities.
• Motivate employees and recognize achievements through Ricoh Recognizes and other initiatives.
