Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. seeks a Site Leader in San Diego, CA to supervise daily operations of mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility. You will train staff, manage workloads, and serve as the primary on-site contact for customer issues and contract compliance.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in a related field, and strong communication and technical aptitude. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting Ricoh’s service excellence programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
• Previous training experience strongly preferred.
• Two (2) or more years of customer-facing experience required.
• Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility.
• Train and develop assigned staff; ensure team coverage and productivity.
• Maintain formal daily contact with customers and ensure contract compliance.
• Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence programs and SLA tracking.
• Assist with recruiting, staffing, and performance management as needed.
• Prepare site reports and manage office equipment and supplies.
