Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Site Leader for a 5–15k sq ft distribution center. You’ll lead an hourly Operations team, including Shift Leads, and ensure high-quality fulfillment for our customers.

You’ll drive scheduling, inventory, and process improvements, coach your team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience managing a team.
• Proven leadership of 5+ employees with development outcomes.
• Comfort with late-night and weekend hours.
• Data-driven; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads; hire, coach, and develop team.
• Drive scheduling and inventory management to meet targets.
• Tackle onsite escalations and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Analyze data to allocate resources and optimize workflow.
• Foster safety-first culture and deliver quality customer experience.
